The national cultural monument

Pradiareň Svätoplukova

Pradiareň 1900 (Spinning Mill 1900) is home to modern office premises in the historic building of the former Spinning Mill factory. As one of the few historical monuments in Bratislava, the building is coming back to life. The open plan creates generous space of office premises that are representative while being practical.
